Services
Victory Recovery Services can assist customers in several ways.
For Collateral Repossession, we can either 1) Coordinate all phases
of repossession, or 2) work with your analyst or agent in the repossession
process.
Collateral Repossession
1) Coordinate All Phases of Repossession - we will locate your collateral
and assign a repossession agent to pick up the unit. We will work
with the agent until the unit is picked up, at which time we will
obtain a Condition Report and an Invoice from the agent and fax these
documents to you. Only when all of these steps are completed will
we close our file.
We assign accounts for repossession to licensed, bonded and insured
repossession agencies, using A.R.A, N.F.A. and Time Financial Adjusters
on a national basis. Most times we choose agents that will run our
addresses on a contingent basis. That helps to keep your costs down.
If you have your own list of agents, we'll coordinate the entire process
using one of your pre-approved agents.
2) Work with your Analyst - If you prefer to coordinate the repossession
process yourself, we will work with your analyst or agent. We will
locate the collateral and report that information to you. We will
then continue our efforts until the repossession is completed.
We are not a collection agency, but there are times when the debtor
wants to keep the collateral and is willing to bring the account
current or pay off the note entirely. We will follow your instructions
on this issue. We never collect money - we always refer the matter
to your analyst and let them make whatever deals they like. When
this situation arises, we will continue our efforts until you let
us know the account has been resolved.

Debtor Location
The other service that we provide is Debtor Location. Using our
usual skip procedures, we will locate the debtor's residence or
employment, or both.
1) Residence - we will deliver to you the complete street address
and phone number and show you how we verified it (next door neighbor,
relative at the same address, or by talking with the debtor at his
/ her home phone).
2) Employment - We will deliver to you the complete name, street address,
and phone number of the employer. In addition we will show you how
we verified the information (a persons name in HR, a supervisor or
co-worker, or by talking with the debtor at his / her place of employment.
