Hold Harmless
We believe in protecting you, our client. We also believe in protecting
ourselves. We do this in several ways:
1) Hold Harmless Included in our standard agreement.
2) Insurance Victory Recovery Service is licensed and insured for
$ 3,000,000.
3) Legal Compliance According to our attorney, we are subject to regulation
by several laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act,
Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Federal Trade Commission's Privacy
Rule (CFR part 313 of 2000), and by the G-L-B Act of 1999. Education
on these regulations is an on-going process and compliance is mandatory.
But, doesn't it all come down to integrity and using good sense. We
think so. Selecting the most experienced investigators, keeping them
up to date on federal regulations, and requiring integrity and good
sense is worth as much as all of the insurance we can buy. But just
in case - we have you covered.
